FCBS Collections has one of the dumbest collection agents ever found in communicating with other people.  After doing some research on FCBS Collection we have found that this is a reputation that they maintain and do not wish to attempt to resolve this matter.

Federal Bond and Collection appears to specialize in attempting to collect debts outside of the statute of limitations.  Meaning they are collecting on debts that they have no way to back up the information about the amount that they are trying to collect and is past the time in which it can legally be enforced in a court of law.
